Our Personal Touch
Our team has combined experience of more than 120 years. We’ll meet with your benefit administrator to design and implement a voluntary benefit program that meets your needs. You’ll receive a tailor-made benefit package.
Next, we will meet with your employees in two stages. We hold informational group meetings organized by department, location or whatever suits your needs. In these meetings your employees will learn about voluntary benefits, what they are, why they need them and how they can be used.
After the group meetings, your employees can meet one-on-one with an NISI representative to discuss their personal needs for voluntary benefits. We’ll emphasize the value of the benefits you currently provide and how the supplements will enhance those existing benefits performance. Once these meetings are completed, we work with your personnel to set up payroll deductions for the benefit package.
Need “Flex” Accounts?
NISI also can help you set up a Section 125 plan for your employees. We work in conjunction with Discovery Benefits, Inc. to educate employees about how medical spending accounts and dependent care spending accounts reduce taxes. These educational meetings can help you substantially increase flex participation and save you tax dollars.
